Welcome to The North Carolina State Capitol Foundation. The following are the rules or “terms” that govern use of the www.ncstatecapitol.org sites (collectively, “site”). By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the site.  The North Carolina State Capitol Foundation reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting changes on the site. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please do not use the site.

Permitted use. You are only authorized to view and to retain a copy of pages of this site for your own personal use while visiting the site at www.ncstatecapitol.org.  Do not duplicate, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this site unless specifically authorized by The North Carolina State Capitol Foundation to do so. The content and software on this site are the property of The North Carolina State Capitol Foundation and/or its partners and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. User contributions to the site. There are opportunities for you to contribute to the site. These include, among others, uploading photos, links or other materials, which collectively, we call “content” to the site. Links and Ads. The site may automatically produce links or advertisements to third party sites throughout the World Wide Web. The North Carolina State Capitol Foundation has no control over these sites or the content within them. The North Carolina State Capitol Foundation cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content contained in the sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. Prices on the site. The prices advertised on this site are for Internet orders. Prices on some items may differ from those charged at retail stores or shows. Prices, inventory and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales, including also the right to refuse sales to re-sellers. Violation of the Terms.
